Punjab Institute of cooperative studuies (PICS) has has been providing training facilities to the officers, officials and employees of the Cooperatives Department of the Province of Punjab as well as to the officers, officials and employees of the Cooperatives Department belonging to other provinces like KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). Pics comes under the education wing of the punjab cooperative department.

Punjab Institute of Cooperative Studies, Faisalabad, headed by a Principal (BS-19).
Regional Cooperative Training Institute, Bahawalpur, headed by a Principal (BS-18)
Educational Assistant Registrar, Faisalabad (BS-17) along with his staff (to educate the masses about Cooperative spirit & movement)
